- Once you have made your purchase, I will contact me through the Etsy message so that you can provide me with all the necessary information to make the portrait: photos of the people you want me to draw, details and characteristics of each one (skin color, hairstyle and hair color, beard style, freckles, glasses, etc.) and their accessories (objects, clothing, jewelry, etc.); If you have chosen the option with decoration, I will also need images of details of the furniture or other objects to be portrayed.

In short, anything that makes the illustration more like you or your loved ones, tell me.

I couldn't recommend it highly enough. I wanted to get a special and unique present for a friend and Susana (the artist) went beyond exceptional. She asked me some details about my friend and his pet (pictures, hobbies, background...) and she managed to create the coolest personalised picture! During the process she sent me different versions, asked me for feedback and didn't stop until I was 100% satisfied with the result. She even added some things I had forgotten to tell her in the very last minute!! Susana is very easy to deal with, communication with her was very smooth and quick and she was very committed to ensuring I was happy with the result!
